The Oxford Center is located on the intersections of North Locust and West High St./Contreras Rd., while facing North Locust St. The center is also on the corner of North Locust St. and State Route 27.

From the East:
Travel North on State Route 27, through downtown Oxford. Continue west on High St., (Rt. 27), down to the intersection of West High St./Contreras Rd. and North Locust St.

From the West:
Travel east on Contreras Rd. to the intersection of Contreras/West High St. and North Locust St.

From the North:
Travel south on State Route 27 to the intersection of State Route 27 and North Locust St.

From the South:
Travel north on South Locust St.. Take a left at the intersection of South Locust and Fairfield Rd. and a quick right at North Locust St. Go over the railroad tracks to the intersection of North Locust St. and West High St./Contreras Rd.

From the South:
Travel North on I-71 to Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway (exit 14). Turn left toward Blue Ash at end of ramp. Take the Blue Ash Road/Kenwood Road exit. Take the Kenwood Road Ramp, turn left onto Kenwood Road.

From the North:
Travel I-275 to South I-71 (exit 49), toward Cincinnati. Take Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway (exit 14). Take the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway West Ramp, toward Blue Ash. Take the Blue Ash Road/Kenwood Road exit. Take the Kenwood Road Ramp, turn left onto Kenwood Road.

The Tri-County/Fairfield Center is located at 3787 Woodridge Boulevard in Fairfield, Ohio. The center is 1.2 miles North from the Route 4 exit of I-275 and 1.5 miles from Mercy (Fairfield) Hospital.

From the East:
Travel west on Mulhauser Road and turn south onto Route 4. Turn west on Woodridge Boulevard 0.6 miles to the clinic at 3787 Woodridge Blvd.

From the West:
Travel east on Mack Road to the intersection of Mack and Ross Roads. Turn south on Ross. Continue on Ross Road until it splits with Woodridge Boulevard. As it splits, stay on the left side of the road which will turn into Woodridge Blvd. and 3787 Woodridge Blvd will be on the right side of the Road, 0.7 miles from the Mack/Ross intersection.

From the North:
Travel south on Rout 4 to Woodridge Boulevard. Turn west on Woodridge Blvd. and travel 0.6 miles and 3787 Woodridge Blvd. will be on the left side of the road.

From the South:
Travel Interstate 275 to exit 41, (Route 4). Travel north on Route 4 for 0.6 miles to Woodridge Blvd. Turn west onto Woodridge Blvd. Travel 0.6 miles to 3787 Woodridge Blvd on the left side of the road.

From the East:
From the Hyde

Park Square Area, travel east on Edwards Road to the intersection Edwards Road and Smith Road. Take a left on Smith Road. While on Smith Road, pass over Interstate - 71 and to 4030 Smith Road # 50 on the right-hand side of the road. Enter the parking garage off of Smith Road or Williams Ave.

From the West:
From Norwood, travel east on Williams Ave. to the corner of Williams Ave. and Smith Road. Enter the parking garage off of Williams Ave. or Smith Road.

From the North:
Take exit 6 (Smith- Edwards Road Exit) off of Interstate 71. The 4030 Building can be seen directly in front of you off of Exit 6. Enter the parking garage off of Williams Ave. or Smith Road.

From the South:
Take Exit 6 (Smith- Edwards Road Exit) off of Interstate 71. Turn left onto Smith Road. Go over Interstate 71and the 4030 Smith Road Center of Oxford Physical Therapy will be on your right. Enter the parking garage off of Smith Road or Williams Ave.

Merge onto I-71 N. toward Columbus, Merge onto I-275 E. via Exit 17 toward OH-32. Merge onto OH-32 E. via Exit 63B toward Batavia. Take the Eastgate Blvd. ramp. Turn LEFT onto Eastgate Blvd.

From the North:
US-35 E., Merge onto I-75 S., Merge onto I-275 E. via Exit 16 toward I-71 / Columbus. Merge onto OH-32 E via Exit 63B toward Batavia. Take the Eastgate Blve. ramp. Turn Left onto Eastgate Blvd.

From the East:
OH-32 W., Take the Eastgate Blve. ramp. Turn slight Left to take the Eastgate Blvd. South ramp. Turn Left onto Eastgate Blvd.

From the West:
Merge onto I-75 S. Take the I-71 N. exit toward I-471 S. / Riverfront / US-50 E. / Downtown /Second St. Merge onto US-50 E. via the exit on the Left toward Downtown / US-52 / I-471. Merge onto I-471 S. Merge onto I-275 E via Exit 1A on the Left toward Columbus OH. Merge onto OH-32 E via Exit 63B toward Batavia. Take the Eastgate Blvd. ramp. Stay Straight to go onto ramp. Turn Left onto Eastgate Blvd.

From Loveland/Milford, Ohio:
I-275 West to I-71 North. Exit Mason-Montgomery/Fields Ertle Road (Exit 19). Turn left off the exit onto Mason-Montgomery. Continue straight on Mason-Montgomery for one (1) mile. From West Chester, Ohio:
