Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a manual treatment involving specialized instruments to detect and break up soft tissue fibrosis in order to stimulate a healing response.

  • Ideal treatment for athletes with tendonitis and chronic or old muscle injuries

Expectations:

  • Generally a change in symptoms should be seen by the fifth visit
  • Treatment plan consists of 8-12 visits
