What is Band Connect?
Band Connect is a device that provides real-time feedback to allow your physical therapist to monitor how you are performing your exercise. It calculates measurements such as range & speed of movement. Band Connect ensures that the patient is performing the exercises accurately makes them more effective, helping the patient get better faster.

Posture Power Pack:
Step 1: Starter Pack (first 4mo)
Members will receive an in-person assessment and treatment program planning, includes distribution of the Band Connect Devices. Your therapist will monitor, progress and provide feedback on your exercises. This package is over the course of 4 months, includes 6 in person visits and 3 phone calls/virtual visits.
Step 2: +6 Month Hybrid OR +6 Month Virtual
After you complete your first 4 months, members can then sign up for another 6 months of hybrid check ins (both virtual and in-person) OR do virtual only check ins for 6 months.
