“Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... it's about learning to dance in the rain"- Vivian Greene. With pelvic floor dysfunctions it is easy to stay inside hoping for things to get better. I love helping those with pelvic floor dysfunctions get back to the functional activities they love. It is so rewarding to me to watch the patient's "storm" shorten and start to pass. .”
